What the founding rate is off.
Every plan runs the same AI receptionist. Plans are sized by minutes; a call count assumes 3 minutes a call. No setup fee, and each call is rounded up to the whole minute.

- Free to pledge. No card, no deposit. Withdraw any time.
- A pledge is not a purchase and doesn't commit you to buy anything.
- We haven't set a launch date and aren't promising one.
- One pledge per business phone number and one per email address. Only pledges confirmed by email count toward the 50.
- 20% off the plan price for 12 consecutive months, starting with your first paid invoice. Months that are paused or unpaid are not made up.
- The founding rate applies to Starter, Growth and Pro. Founding pricing for Scale: contact us. Businesses with 10 or more locations, or about 10,000 minutes a month or more, are Enterprise, which is not part of the Founding 50.
- Included minutes are never reduced.
- Overage, the Premium add-on (when it's available), other add-ons and Enterprise are charged at list price.
- If we add annual billing, the founding discount won't combine with it.
- The discount follows you if you move between Starter, Growth and Pro. It ends if your account is cancelled or unpaid for 30 days or more.
- From month 13 you pay the list price in effect then. Today's list prices are published on our Founding 50 page.
- When plans open, we will invite confirmed pledgers in pledge order to claim the founding rate. An invitation that is not taken up passes to the next pledger in line.
- Design-partner pilots are separate and don't use these 50 spots.

Is a pledge a purchase?
No. A pledge is not a purchase and doesn't commit you to buy anything. Free to pledge. No card, no deposit. Withdraw any time. To withdraw later, use the link in your confirmation email.

We haven't set a launch date and aren't promising one. When plans open, we will invite confirmed pledgers in pledge order to claim the founding rate. An invitation that is not taken up passes to the next pledger in line. Until then, nothing can be bought, and you can talk to Sí Call in your browser.
Which plans does the founding rate cover?
The founding rate applies to Starter, Growth and Pro. Founding pricing for Scale: contact us. Businesses with 10 or more locations, or about 10,000 minutes a month or more, are Enterprise, which is not part of the Founding 50. The rate is 20% off the plan price for 12 consecutive months from your first paid invoice.
What happens after the 12 consecutive months?
From month 13 you pay the list price in effect then. Today's list prices are published on our Founding 50 page. The discount follows you if you move between Starter, Growth and Pro. It ends if your account is cancelled or unpaid for 30 days or more.
What stays at list price?
Overage, the Premium add-on (when it's available), other add-ons and Enterprise are charged at list price. Included minutes are never reduced. If we add annual billing, the founding discount won't combine with it.
Why does a pledge count only once it’s confirmed?
One pledge per business phone number and one per email address. Only pledges confirmed by email count toward the 50. The confirmation link we email you works for 7 days. If you don't confirm in that time, the pledge expires.
What do you do with the details I give you?
We use them only to hold your spot, suggest a plan and email you about your pledge and the launch. We don't sell them or add you to marketing lists. A pledge you withdraw is deleted straight away, and a confirmed pledge is kept until launch.
What if all 50 spots are pledged?
Pledging then puts you on the waitlist in pledge order. If a spot opens, it goes to the next pledger in line. The counter at the top of this page reads the number of confirmed pledges each time the page loads.
