AI lead capture

Turn phone calls into leads. Scored by rules you can read.

When a call qualifies, Sí Call files the caller in its built-in leads list: their name and number, what they asked for, a score from 0 to 100 and the call’s summary. Work each lead through your stages and export the list to CSV whenever you like.

Plans open at launch. Nothing can be bought yet, and features marked “Coming soon” aren’t built yet.

Water coming through the back-bedroom ceiling since last night’s storm. Pitched shingle roof, about 15 years old. Wants an estimate ASAP.

An example lead for Ridgeline Roofing, a fictional business: Jordan Hayes, (415) 555-0124, a quote or pricing inquiry, a new lead scored 90 and marked hot. The score is built from a start of 50, plus 20 for asking for an estimate, 15 for saying it was urgent and 5 for a call over a minute. The summary says water has been coming through the back-bedroom ceiling since a storm, the roof is pitched shingle about 15 years old, and the caller wants an estimate as soon as possible.
From call to lead

A call ends. If it qualifies, a lead is filed.

Nobody types anything in. When Sí Call finishes a call, it writes the call up, checks it against a few plain rules and, if the call qualifies, files the caller as a lead with a score.

  1. The call ends

Sí Call answers from your details, takes a message when it can’t help, and files the finished call in your dashboard.

  2. It’s written up

A transcript, turn by turn, a short summary, the reason for the call and an outcome, such as follow-up needed.

  3. It qualifies, or not

A call of 30 seconds or more qualifies, and so does a shorter one with a booking, a quote request or an urgent request.

  4. The lead is scored

It starts at 50 and moves on what happened on the call. Your newest leads open first, each with its score.

  • 30 seconds or longer.

A completed call that lasts at least half a minute becomes a lead, whatever it was about.

  • Or a clear signal.

A shorter call still becomes a lead when it includes a booking, a quote or price request, or an urgent request.

  • Not a quick hang-up.

Calls under 15 seconds don’t become leads, so wrong numbers and pocket dials stay out of your list.

The lead

What you need to call them back.

Each lead carries the caller’s name and number, what they asked for, a score, a stage and the call’s summary. The call itself, with its transcript, stays in your calls list.

The score

A score from 0 to 100, from what happened on the call.

There’s no black box. Each lead starts at 50 and gains or loses points for things that happened on the call. These are the rules the product applies. The score is set when the lead is filed; changing its stage doesn’t change it.

  • 80 and up is hot. A booking on its own puts a lead here.
  • 50 to 79 is warm. The starting score sits here.
  • Under 50 is cold. Only the negative word check pulls a lead this low.

Worked example

Jordan Hayes asked a roofer for an estimate, said it was urgent and talked for just over a minute: 50 + 20 + 15 + 5 = 90, so the lead is hot.

The word check counts positive and negative words in the transcript. It isn’t an analysis of the caller, so read a lead’s summary, not only its score.

An example call

A roof leak, turned into a hot lead.

A homeowner calls a roofer the morning after a storm. Sí Call asks what an estimator needs to know, and the call is filed as a lead that scores 90, because the caller asked for an estimate and wants it soon.

Ridgeline Roofing. How can I help?

  2. Jordan0:04

Hi, water’s been coming through the ceiling in our back bedroom since last night’s storm. Can someone look at the roof?

  3. Sí Call0:13

I’m sorry to hear that. I can take the details so the team can get back to you about an estimate. What’s your name?

  4. Jordan0:20

    Jordan Hayes.

  5. Sí Call0:22

Thanks, Jordan. Is it a flat roof or a pitched one, and do you know roughly how old it is?

  6. Jordan0:31

Pitched, asphalt shingles. About fifteen years old, I think. We’d like an estimate ASAP.

  7. Sí Call0:41

Got it. I’ve noted a leak over the back bedroom after the storm, a pitched shingle roof about fifteen years old, and that you’d like an estimate as soon as possible. Is this a good number to reach you?

  8. Jordan0:58

    Yes, that’s my cell.

Questions

Lead capture questions, answered.

Straight answers about which calls become leads, how they’re scored and where they can go.

Does each call become a lead?

No, only the calls that qualify. A completed call becomes a lead when it lasts 30 seconds or more, or when it includes a booking, a quote or price request, or an urgent request. Calls under 15 seconds don’t become leads, so hang-ups and wrong numbers stay out of your list.

How is the score worked out?

Each lead starts at 50. A booking adds 30, a call whose outcome reads as a qualified lead 25, a quote or price request 20, a mention of urgency 15, and longer calls add 5 to 15. A repeat caller or an email on file adds 10, and a simple word check adds 10 or takes away 15. The total stays between 0 and 100. The score is set when the lead is filed: marking a lead qualified or moving it to another stage doesn’t change it.

Which stages can a lead be in?

New, contacted, qualified, proposal, negotiation, nurturing, won and lost. A lead starts as new; you mark it contacted, qualified, won or lost straight from the list as you work it, and you can filter the list by stage. The leads board moves a lead to any stage, proposal, negotiation and nurturing included. Dated next steps, with a list of overdue follow-ups, are coming soon.

Can I export my leads?

Yes, at launch. Export your newest 1,000 leads to CSV at any time, and the calls that match your filters on the Calls page, then open them in a spreadsheet or bring them into another tool. Sending leads to other tools on their own is on the way: CRM sync and webhooks are coming soon on Pro and up, and HubSpot and Salesforce are planned.

Does it connect to HubSpot or Salesforce?

Not yet. HubSpot and Salesforce are planned, and CRM sync and webhooks are coming soon on Pro and up. We won’t list a connection as working until it is. Until then, export your leads to CSV and import them wherever you work.

Will I be alerted when a hot lead comes in?

At launch you get an email after each call, a new lead’s call included, with a link to the call in your dashboard. An alert just for a new or hot lead, and alerts by text or phone notification, are coming soon. In your dashboard, Leads opens on your newest leads, each with its score, so you can see who to ring back first.

Can I add leads that didn’t come from a call?

Yes, at launch. Add a lead by hand, such as a referral, a walk-in or someone who filled in your website form, and it sits in the same list as the leads from your calls, ready to move through the same stages.

Can I buy Sí Call today?
