What it is, and where it stands.
Sí Call hasn’t launched yet. Here’s what it does, what’s coming soon, and how to try it before then.
What is Sí Call?
Sí Call is an AI receptionist for small businesses. It picks up your calls, answers questions from the information you give it, takes messages, and files each completed call, by default with its transcript and a summary. It hasn’t launched yet, so no customer’s phone line runs on it today. You can talk to it in your browser in the meantime.
Can I buy Sí Call today?
Not yet. Plans open at launch, and nothing can be bought before then. In the meantime, you can talk to it in your browser, and pledge a Founding 50 spot to hold 20% off Starter, Growth or Pro for 12 consecutive months from your first paid invoice. Pledging is free, needs no card, and you can withdraw any time.
How can I try it before launch?
Talk to it in your browser for up to a minute; you’ll need a microphone. The demo runs separately from the phone service your business would use, so treat it as a preview of the conversation rather than of your own line. Sample bookings made there are examples only.
What works at launch, and what’s coming soon?
At launch it answers calls from your business info, takes messages, captures leads, books appointments, writes each call up and emails you after each call. Coming soon: transferring callers to your team, texts to callers, alerts by text or phone notification, Spanish, a mobile app, and phone numbers from Sí Call for businesses that want a new line. How it works lists each capability with its status.
What does “Coming soon” mean?
It means that feature isn’t built yet, or isn’t switched on for customers. We still describe it, so you can see where the product is going, and we label it wherever it appears. When a feature is in our plan catalog, its label is read from there, so it changes on our pages the day the feature ships.
Does it speak Spanish?
Not yet in a way we can promise. English is the language we support today. We’d rather say so plainly than have a caller find out halfway through a conversation. When Spanish is ready, this answer and the labels on our pages will change.
Coming soon
How do I reach a person on the team?
Use the contact form or write to support@sicall.ai. A person on the team reads each message and replies by email within one business day. Business-hours phone support, on the Pro plan. Coming soon
Getting it ready for your calls.
What setup asks for, how your number fits in, and what the receptionist answers from.
How does setup work?
Setup asks for your business name, industry, hours, services and the greeting callers hear, and takes about ten minutes. Then you add answers to the questions callers ask and forward your number. Growth includes a 30-minute onboarding call, and Pro adds done-for-you setup.
At launch
Can I keep my business number?
Yes. You forward your existing number to Sí Call, so you keep your number and your carrier, with no porting. At launch A guided forwarding setup, with a check that forwarding works, and Sí Call phone numbers for businesses that want a new line. Coming soon
What does it answer from?
From what you add: your hours, services, prices, policies and the answers you write for common questions. You can edit each entry and switch it on or off. Today you add it yourself. Importing all of it from your Google Business Profile or your whole website. Coming soon
Which kinds of business is it set up for?
In setup you choose general business, restaurant, real estate, legal, home services or property management. Restaurants and real estate get a call flow tuned to them; the others use the general one, shaped by the business info you add. We don’t take healthcare calls yet.
Can you take healthcare calls under HIPAA today?
Not yet — and we will not pretend otherwise. Healthcare use is deliberately gated until we meet the compliance bar we hold ourselves to, including HIPAA readiness and a lawyer-reviewed Business Associate Agreement. Outside healthcare there is no such gate: any industry can sign up as soon as we open the doors.
What callers hear, and what it does for them.
The notice at the start, questions it can’t answer, busy lines, bookings, transfers and texts.
Will callers know it’s an AI, and that they’re being recorded?
By default, yes. Before your greeting, callers hear: “You’re speaking with an AI assistant, and this call is recorded and transcribed.” The AI part can’t be switched off; if your own greeting already says it’s an AI, for example “you’ve reached our AI assistant”, it isn’t said twice.
Calls are recorded by default (“Record calls”), and the default notice says so. Choose “Don’t record calls” and no audio is recorded, and no transcript is saved to your call history. The call is still transcribed live so Sí Call can answer, and the default notice says “This call is transcribed in real time.” The notice plays in both settings, whatever state your business or your caller is in.
What if it can’t answer a question?
It answers from what you’ve added: your hours, services, prices, policies and the answers you write for common questions. When a question goes beyond that, it’s built to take a message instead of improvising: who called, their number and what they need, filed with the call.
Can it transfer a caller to me or my team?
Not yet: transferring a caller to someone on your team. Coming soon Today, when a caller asks for a person, it takes a message instead: who called, their number and what they need, filed with the call. If the caller says it’s an emergency, its safety script comes first: it tells them to hang up and dial 911 if anyone is in danger, and asks whether they’re safe. Then it takes the details. Put what callers should do after hours in your business info.
What happens when two people call at once?
Each plan sets how many calls are answered at the same time: from 1 on Starter to 6 on Scale. At launch When more people call than the line can take, the extra caller hears “All of our lines are busy right now. Please try again in a few minutes.” Forwarding that caller to your phone instead. Coming soon
Can it book appointments?
Yes. It checks your open times and books the slot the caller picks, on a connected Google Calendar or Sí Call’s built-in calendar, then reads the booking back before the caller hangs up. At launch When a caller wants to change or cancel an appointment, it takes a message so your team can call back. Changing or cancelling by phone, Calendly, Acuity and text confirmations. Coming soon
Will it text my callers, or alert me after a call?
It won’t text your callers yet. Texting is built but not switched on, because each business first needs its own registered texting number. Coming soon An email to you after each call, with a link to the call in your dashboard. At launch Alerts by text or phone notification. Coming soon Calls and leads show up in your dashboard. By default, each call’s summary and transcript are there too.
What it costs, and how billing works.
Each number here is read from the same catalog as the pricing page, so the two can’t disagree.
How does pricing work?
Four plans, all on the same AI receptionist, sized by the minutes included each month: from $75 a month for 200 minutes. Bigger plans add minutes, more calls at once and more hands-on help. Each call is rounded up to the whole minute, and there’s no setup fee. Enterprise is priced by contract. Plans open at launch.
What happens if I use more minutes than my plan includes?
At launch, calls past your included minutes are answered and billed at your plan’s overage rate, $0.35 to $0.50 a minute, with each plan’s exact rate listed on the pricing page (Enterprise plans are priced by contract). An automatic safety limit can pause answering if usage runs far past your plan. During a free trial nothing is billed: answering pauses at the cap. A spend cap you choose yourself, and an email to the account owner as soon as you reach your limit. Coming soon
Is there a free trial?
Each self-serve plan starts with a 10-day free trial with 100 minutes, and no card. Before launch, talk to it in your browser, and pledge a Founding 50 spot to hold founding pricing.
At launch
What does the Founding 50 give me?
20% off the plan price of Starter, Growth or Pro for 12 consecutive months, starting with your first paid invoice. Included minutes are never reduced, and overage and add-ons are charged at list price. Pledging is free, doesn’t commit you to buy anything, and confirmed pledgers are invited in pledge order when plans open.
Is there a contract?
Not on self-serve plans. They’re billed monthly, and you can cancel any time, with no setup fee. Enterprise, for about 10,000 minutes a month or more, or 10 or more locations, is a custom contract with a 12-month term. If we add annual billing, the Founding 50 discount won’t combine with it.
Can I change plans later?
Once plans open, yes. An upgrade takes effect right away and the difference is prorated on your bill; a downgrade takes effect at the end of your billing period. A Founding 50 discount follows you if you move between Starter, Growth and Pro.
What we protect, and what we don’t have yet.
The security in place today, the reports we don’t hold, and how to get your data out.
Is my data secure?
Here is what’s in place today: HTTPS enforced by HSTS (max-age 1 year, includeSubDomains, preload); stored data encrypted at rest by default; and a logger that masks keys, tokens and passwords before a line is written. Card numbers and Social Security numbers are removed from stored transcripts and summaries; the audio recording isn’t redacted.
Do you have SOC 2, or an uptime figure?
Not yet, and we say so. We hold no SOC 2 report and no FedRAMP authorization. We don’t publish an uptime figure, because we don’t monitor uptime yet. Without HIPAA readiness and a lawyer-reviewed Business Associate Agreement, we don’t take healthcare calls either.
Who stores and processes my data?
The cloud, voice and email providers listed on our subprocessors page. We don’t sell your data, and we don’t add you to marketing lists. The privacy policy explains what we collect and why.
Can I export or delete my data?
You can download your leads and your call list as CSV files from the dashboard. For a full export, or to have your data deleted, write to privacy@sicall.ai and a person will handle it. Export and deletion from inside the app. Coming soon
