Home services

AI receptionist for plumbers, HVAC and electricians. It picks up while you’re on a job.

When you’re under a sink or up in an attic, Sí Call answers the phone. It answers from the details you give it, takes down the job and turns the caller into a lead you can call back.

Plans open at launch. Nothing can be bought yet, and features marked “Coming soon” aren’t built yet.

What Sí Call does for a trade business

  • Picks up while you’re on a job

Forward the calls you can’t get to, and it answers them, up to your plan’s number of calls at once.

  • Answers from your price list

Your service-call fee, the towns you cover, your hours and what you work on. It answers from what you add.

  • Takes the job down

Name, number and what’s wrong, plus the questions you tell it to ask, like the job address.

  • Writes each call up

A transcript and a summary in your dashboard when the call ends, and a lead scored from 0 to 100 when the call qualifies.

The research

Calls come in while you’re on a job. Many go unanswered.

Taps on a Google listing’s Call button cluster in working hours: about 19 in 20 come Monday to Friday, peaking between 10 a.m. and noon.1 Those are the hours you’re on a roof, in an attic or under a house.

The calls

The calls a trade business gets, and what it does with each.

Most calls to a plumbing, heating or electrical business are one of a handful of kinds. Here is what Sí Call does with each at launch, and what is still coming.

  1. Caller“My water heater is leaking all over the garage floor.”

    A service request

It takes the caller’s name and number, asks what’s wrong and the questions you’ve added, like the address, and files a lead marked as a service request.

    At launch

  2. Caller“Half the outlets in my kitchen stopped working.”

    An electrical job

It takes the caller’s name and number, what stopped working and the questions you’ve added, like the address, and files the call so you can call back.

    At launch

  3. Caller“How much do you charge just to come out?”

    A price question

It answers from the prices and fees you’ve added, such as a service-call fee. If a price isn’t in your info, it says someone will confirm it and takes a message.

    At launch

  4. Caller“Do you come out to Oakdale? Do you work on heat pumps?”

    Area, hours and services

It answers from your business info: the towns you cover, when you’re open, what you work on and what you don’t.

    At launch

  5. Caller“Can someone come look at it Thursday?”

    An estimate visit

With Google Calendar or Sí Call’s built-in calendar connected, it offers your open times, books the one the caller picks and reads it back. Without one, it takes the request.

    At launch

  6. Caller“I need to move my appointment to next week.”

    A change to a booking

Changing or cancelling a booking by phone isn’t supported yet. It takes a message with the caller’s details so you can sort it out when you call back.

    Coming soon

  7. Caller“The basement is flooding. Can someone come now?”

    An urgent call at night

It takes the details the same way, and a caller who says it’s urgent scores higher in your leads. It can’t put the caller through to you yet: passing a call to your phone is coming soon.

    Coming soon

Its setup has it take the caller’s name, a callback number and the reason for the call, then file them with the call.

  • Then the questions you add.

List what your office always asks, like the job address or the age of the unit. The answers land in the transcript and the summary.

After the call

Callers become leads you can work between jobs.

When the call ends it’s written up with a transcript and a summary, and the caller lands in your leads list with a score. Teresa, from the example call, is in the list below.

Leads

Scored by rules you can read.

A completed call becomes a lead when it lasts 30 seconds or more, or includes a booking, a quote request or an urgent request. Each lead starts at 50 points: a booking adds 30, a quote request 20 and an urgent request 15. At 80 it’s hot.

Between jobs, open your newest leads, check each one’s score and call the hot ones back first. Filter them by stage, and mark each one contacted, qualified, won or lost.

Calls at once

Two customers call at once. Your plan decides what happens.

Each plan answers a set number of calls at the same time, from 1 to 6 At launch. On a busy morning that number matters more than any other, so pick it on purpose.

Forward the calls you can’t pick up

You keep your number and your carrier. Set your phone to forward calls to Sí Call, either all of them or only the ones you don’t pick up, and it answers those.

When your plan’s lines are all in use, one more caller hears that the lines are busy and to try again in a few minutes.

Questions

Questions from trade businesses.

Can it book jobs on my calendar?

At launch, yes: on a connected Google Calendar or Sí Call’s built-in calendar, it offers your open times, books the one the caller picks and reads it back before they hang up. Changing or cancelling by phone isn’t supported yet, and text confirmations are coming soon.

What happens when a caller has a burst pipe at 2 a.m.?

It answers the same way it does at noon: it takes the name, number, address and what’s happening, and the call is in your dashboard when it ends. If the caller says it’s an emergency, its safety script comes first: it tells them to hang up and dial 911 if anyone is in danger, and asks whether they’re safe. Then it takes the details. It can’t put the caller through to you yet, so put what callers should do after hours in your business info.

Does it work with Jobber, Housecall Pro or ServiceTitan?

No. Sí Call doesn’t connect to them, and those connections aren’t on the near-term plan. You can export your leads and your call list to CSV and bring them in yourself. Sending leads to HubSpot or Salesforce is planned, and webhooks are coming soon.

Can I keep my business number?

Yes. At launch you forward your current number to Sí Call, all calls or only the ones you don’t pick up, so you keep your number and your carrier. There’s no porting. A guided forwarding setup is coming soon.

What if two customers call at the same time?

At launch, your plan sets how many calls it answers at once: Starter takes 1, Growth 2, Pro 4 and Scale 6. One more caller hears that the lines are busy and to try again in a few minutes. Forwarding that caller to your phone is coming soon.

Will it quote prices for a job?

Only the prices you add, such as a service-call fee or a flat rate for a common job. If a caller asks about a price that isn’t in your info, it’s built to say someone will confirm it and take a message rather than improvise.

Does it speak Spanish?

Not yet in a way we can promise. English is the language we support today, and Spanish is coming soon. We won’t present it as working until a Spanish call works end to end.

Can I buy Sí Call today?
