Missed-call cost calculator
What do unanswered calls cost you? Run your own numbers.
Put in your calls a week, how many go unanswered, what a job is worth and how often a call becomes one. You get an estimate of the work those calls could have been, and the plan that would cover them.
Plans open at launch. Nothing can be bought yet, and features marked “Coming soon” aren’t built yet.
Estimate what unanswered calls cost you.
Start from a typical week. Every result is an estimate: it shows the size of the problem, not a promise of what answering those calls would win.

How the estimate works.
Four steps, in the order the calculator runs them. This example uses the starting values, so you can check each figure by hand.
Count the unanswered calls.
40 calls a week × 4.29 weeks in a 30-day month × 20% unanswered = about 34 calls a month that nobody picked up.
34 calls
Apply your close rate.
Suppose those calls had been answered and turned into work as often as the ones you answer: 30% of 34 calls is 10.2 jobs or bookings a month.
10.2 jobs
Price the work.
10.2 jobs × $250 each = $2,550 of work a month. It’s a ceiling, not a forecast: some callers would have said no anyway.
$2,550 a month
Size the plan by minutes.
Forwarding only the unanswered calls, 34 calls × 3 minutes = 102 minutes a month. The plan that costs least at that use is Starter: $75 a month for 200 minutes.

Each call rounds up to the minute.
A call of 2 minutes 10 seconds counts as 3. The call length you enter is taken in whole minutes.
At launchPast your minutes, overage applies.
Calls keep being answered past a plan’s included minutes, at $0.50 to $0.35 a minute depending on the plan.

Weekly calls are turned into a month the same way the pricing page counts its call estimates.
Calls at once, by plan.
Each plan sets how many calls are answered at once: 1 call at a time on Starter, more on larger plans. At launch

What happens to a call Sí Call answers.
The estimate assumes answered calls turn into work at your close rate. Here is what Sí Call does on the call and after it, and what is still coming.
It answers from your business info.
Your hours, services, prices, policies and answers to common questions. When a question goes beyond them, it’s built to take a message instead of improvising.
At launchIt takes a message and captures the lead.
Who called, their number and what they need, filed with the call. A call of 30 seconds or more, or one with a booking or quote request, becomes a lead.
At launchIt writes each call up.
A transcript, a short summary and the outcome, time-stamped in your dashboard.
At launchIt can book the slot the caller picks.
It checks your open times on a connected Google Calendar or Sí Call’s built-in calendar, and reads the booking back before the caller hangs up.
At launchAn email after each call.
At launch, Sí Call emails you after each call, with a link to the call in your dashboard, where calls, summaries and leads show up. Alerts by text or phone notification are coming soon.
At launchTexts to callers.
Booking confirmations and replies by text are coming soon. Each business needs its own registered texting number first.

About the estimate.
Is the result a quote?
No. It’s an estimate built from numbers you put in, and the plan prices are the launch terms, so nothing can be bought yet. What you’d really pay depends on how long your calls run, how many arrive at once and how many are spam.
Where do the starting values come from?
They’re placeholders that show how the arithmetic works, not averages for any trade. Replace each one with your own. For a sense of scale, the research section lists what four studies found about unanswered calls, and the sources at the foot of the page give each study’s limits.
Why does the plan depend on which calls I forward?
Plans are priced by the minutes Sí Call spends on calls. Forward only the calls you don’t pick up, and it handles fewer calls and uses fewer minutes. Forward all your calls, and the plan has to cover your whole volume. At launch you can forward either way; a guided setup is coming soon.
Does an answered call mean a won job?
No. The calculator applies your close rate to calls that go unanswered today, which assumes they’d turn into work as often as the calls you answer yourself. Sí Call takes the caller’s details and files the lead; your team still follows up and wins the work.
What if two people call at the same time?
Each plan sets how many calls are answered at once: 1 call at a time on Starter, more on larger plans. At launch An extra caller hears “All of our lines are busy right now. Please try again in a few minutes.” Forwarding that caller to your phone instead. Coming soon
