After-hours answering service

Closed for the night? Sí Call still picks up.

Nights and weekends, it answers with your business name, answers questions from the details you’ve added, and takes messages and leads. In the morning, each call is waiting in your dashboard with a transcript and a summary.

Plans open at launch. Nothing can be bought yet, and features marked “Coming soon” aren’t built yet.

While you’re closed

A caller at 10:31 p.m. gets an answer. Not a voicemail box.

An example: a heating company closed at six, and a customer’s heat is out upstairs. Sí Call answers, tells the caller when the company opens again and takes what the team needs for the morning.

AI notice, before the greetingYou’re speaking with an AI assistant, and this call is recorded and transcribed.

Harbor Point Heating & Air. How can I help?

  2. Ana0:04

Hi, our heat’s out upstairs and the thermostat screen is blank. Are you open?

  3. Sí Call0:11

We’re closed right now. It’s 10:31 p.m. on Monday, January 12 here. We open again tomorrow at 7 a.m. I can take a message for the team.

  4. Ana0:21

Please. Can someone come out tomorrow? It’s urgent, it’s getting cold up there.

  5. Sí Call0:28

I understand. One thing our technicians suggest first: a blank thermostat screen can mean its batteries need changing. I’ll write this up for the team with a note that it’s urgent. What’s your name, and is this a good number to reach you?

  6. Ana0:42

Ana Lopez. Yes, this is my cell.

  7. Sí Call0:47

Thanks, Ana. I’ve noted no heat upstairs, the blank thermostat screen, that it’s urgent, and your number, so the team can get back to you.

Open your dashboard to last night’s calls.

Each call after closing is filed as it ends. In the morning you see who called, when and what they needed. Callers who qualified are filed separately in Leads, each with a score.

What’s waiting for you.

Each call is listed with its time, the caller’s number, a short summary and an outcome, such as follow-up needed. Open one for the full transcript, turn by turn.

A completed call becomes a lead when it lasts 30 seconds or more, or includes a booking, a quote request or an urgent request. The caller is then filed in your Leads list with a score. Hang-ups under 15 seconds don’t become leads, so they don’t crowd it.

Card numbers and Social Security numbers are removed from the stored transcripts and summaries. At launch, Sí Call also emails you after each call, overnight too, with a link to the call in your dashboard. At launch Alerts by text or phone notification are coming soon.Coming soon

Hours and holidays

Asked if you’re open, it can say. A greeting for after hours is coming soon.

Your opening hours are in your business details, so Sí Call can read them out at any hour. At launch, Sí Call can tell a caller who asks whether you’re open right now, and when you open again, from your hours and the days you’ve marked closed. Callers still hear the same greeting, day or night.

What it knows about your hours.

A caller who asks when you open gets the hours you’ve written down, whatever the time. The rest of your details work the same way they do at noon: services, prices, the area you cover and your policies.

Until the after-hours greeting arrives, write your after-hours arrangements into your business details, such as when you return calls, and Sí Call can pass them on when callers ask.

Example hours for a fictional business. Today Sí Call greets callers the same way in and out of hours. An illustration of one day as a 24-hour ring for a fictional business open from 7 AM to 6 PM. The open hours are shaded green and the closed hours tan. Five dots mark calls Sí Call answered after closing: 6:12 PM, 8:47 PM, 10:31 PM, 11:58 PM and 6:40 AM. The centre reads: answers in and out of hours, with the same greeting today; a separate after-hours greeting is coming soon.
When it can’t wait

When a caller says it’s urgent. It’s noted, scored higher and waiting for you.

Sí Call isn’t an emergency service, and today it can’t reach you during a call. It takes the details, notes the urgency in the summary and raises the lead’s score.

Reaching you is coming.

Sí Call emails you after each call, with a link to the call in your dashboard. At launch Two things will change how fast urgent calls reach you, and both are coming soon: an alert by text or phone notificationComing soon, and passing a caller to whoever is on call.Coming soon

Until then, your inbox and your dashboard are where calls land. If there’s something callers should know before you’re back, such as who to call about a problem you don’t handle at night, write it into your business details and Sí Call can tell them.

A lead gains 15 points when its summary mentions urgency, with words such as “urgent” or “ASAP”. It’s a simple word check, so read the summary, not only the score.

Example · Coming soon
Ana’s call, as a phone alert could show it. Phone alerts are coming soon; at launch, an email after each call links to the call in your dashboard. Example of a phone lock screen at 10:32 PM on Monday, September 14, showing a “New call” alert from Sí Call for Harbor Point Heating & Air, a fictional business: Ana Lopez, (415) 555-0158, a call of 1 minute 2 seconds. The alert is open on the call summary: no heat upstairs, the thermostat screen blank, a service visit wanted tomorrow, and the caller said it’s urgent. Alerts like this are coming soon.

Questions

After-hours questions, answered.

Straight answers about nights, weekends, holidays and urgent calls.

Does Sí Call answer at night and on weekends?

Yes, at launch. It answers whenever calls are forwarded to it, day or night. It answers from the details you’ve added, takes messages and files each call in your dashboard for the morning. At launch, your plan will set how many calls it answers at the same time: one on Starter, up to two on Growth, up to four on Pro and up to six on Scale.

Does it know when we’re closed?

At launch, yes. Sí Call can tell a caller who asks whether you’re open right now, and when you open again, from your hours and the days you’ve marked closed. It still greets callers the same way, day or night. A separate after-hours greeting is coming soon.

What happens with an urgent call at night?

Sí Call isn’t an emergency service. It takes the caller’s details, notes the urgency in the summary and raises the lead’s score. It can’t reach you during the call yet: at launch it emails you once the call ends, and passing a caller to someone on call, and alerts by text or phone notification, are coming soon.

Will it wake me up when someone calls?

It won’t call or text you. At launch, Sí Call emails you after each call, with a link to the call in your dashboard. So last night’s calls are waiting in your inbox, and your dashboard has the calls, summaries and leads. Alerts by text or phone notification are coming soon.

Can it book appointments overnight?

Yes, at launch. It checks your open times and books the slot the caller picks, on a connected Google Calendar or Sí Call’s built-in calendar, then reads the booking back. Changing or cancelling an appointment by phone isn’t supported yet, and text confirmations are coming soon.

Will callers know they’re talking to an AI?

By default, yes. Before your greeting, callers hear: “You’re speaking with an AI assistant, and this call is recorded and transcribed.” The AI part can’t be switched off; if your own greeting already says it’s an AI, for example “you’ve reached our AI assistant”, it isn’t said twice. Choose “Don’t record calls” and no audio is recorded, and no transcript is saved to your call history. The call is still transcribed live so Sí Call can answer, and by default the notice says “This call is transcribed in real time.”

Can I keep my business number?

Yes. At launch you forward your existing number to Sí Call, all calls or only the ones you don’t answer, so your number and your carrier stay the same. A guide for your carrier, with a check that forwarding works, is coming soon.

Can I buy Sí Call today?

Not yet. Plans open at launch, and nothing can be bought before then. You can talk to it in your browser for up to a minute, and pledge a Founding 50 spot to hold 20% off Starter, Growth or Pro for 12 consecutive months from your first paid invoice.
