Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

Sí Call ("we," "our," or "us") provides an AI-powered phone answering service. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and share information when you use our services.

By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with our practices, please do not use our services.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Call Data

When our AI answers calls on your behalf, we may collect:

• Phone numbers — Caller phone numbers for call routing and logging
• Call recordings — Audio recordings of conversations (if enabled in your settings)
• Transcripts — Text transcriptions of call audio
• Call metadata — Duration, timestamps, call disposition

2.2 Account Information

• Email address and name
• Organization/business name
• Billing information (processed by Stripe)
• Configuration preferences

2.3 Technical Information

• IP addresses and browser information
• Device identifiers
• Usage logs and analytics

2.4 Website forms and Founding 50 pledges

When you pledge for a Founding 50 spot, we collect your business name, your name, your email address, your business phone number, ZIP code, industry, about how many calls a day you get and your number of locations, and, if you give them, the plan you are interested in and a rep or partner code. When you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address, topic and message, and, if you give them, your company and phone number.

We use pledge details only to hold your spot, suggest a plan and email you about your pledge and the launch. We don't sell them or add you to marketing lists. They are stored and emailed through our cloud and email providers, listed on our Subprocessors page.

A pledge you withdraw is deleted straight away. If you don't confirm within 7 days, the pledge expires and is deleted in our next clean-up. A confirmed pledge is kept until launch. To have your pledge or a contact message deleted sooner, write to privacy@sicall.ai.

2.5 Text messages

If you agree to get text messages from us, or from a business that uses our service, we keep your mobile number, what you agreed to and when, the texts sent to you and whether they were delivered, any reply you send, and whether you asked us to stop. Any text you send to a business's number is kept for that business. Our Text Message Terms say who gets which texts.

We use this information only to send the texts agreed to, to pass your texts to the business you texted, and to honour STOP and HELP. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. The sharing described anywhere in this policy excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

3. How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

• Provide and operate the AI receptionist service
• Process and respond to calls on your behalf
• Generate transcripts and call summaries
• Process payments and manage subscriptions
• Send service-related communications
• Improve our AI models and service quality
• Detect and prevent fraud or abuse
• Comply with legal obligations

4. Service Providers (Subprocessors)

We use third-party services to operate our platform. These providers process data on our behalf under contractual obligations.

The current list of subprocessors — vendor, purpose, and region — is maintained on our Subprocessors page.

Our cloud, texting and email providers process text message data only to send texts, pass texts to the business, and run the service for us. For text message opt-in data and consent, see section 2.5.

5. Data Retention

We retain data according to the following general guidelines:

• Call recordings and transcripts: Retained according to your account settings. You may configure automatic deletion periods or manually delete recordings.
• Account data: Retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for legal and business purposes.
• Billing records: Retained as required by tax and accounting regulations.
• Technical logs: Generally retained for up to 90 days for security and debugging purposes.
