About Sí Call
Why we’re building Sí Call, and where it stands.
Sí Call is an AI receptionist for businesses that can’t always pick up: a plumber on a job, a lawyer in a meeting, a salon mid-appointment. It answers from the details you give it, takes a message when it can’t help, and writes each call up.
Plans open at launch. Nothing can be bought yet, and features marked “Coming soon” aren’t built yet.

Calls come in while you’re working.
Owners in the trades, law and property are on a job, in court or with a client when the phone rings. Research from several sources finds many of those calls go unanswered, and many are never returned.
Hiring a receptionist solves it, if the business can keep one at the desk for each hour the phone might ring. Many small businesses can’t, so calls go to voicemail, or to whoever is nearest the phone.
Sí Call is our answer: an AI receptionist that picks up, answers from the details you add, takes a message when it can’t help, and files a written record of each call in your dashboard. Callers are told it’s an AI at the start of the call, and that part can’t be switched off.
Say what it does. Label what it doesn’t.
The rules we build and write by. They’re why this site describes features that aren’t ready yet, and marks each one.
Label what isn’t built yet.
Features you can’t use yet carry a label beside the sentence: At launch for what’s part of each plan when plans open, Coming soon for what isn’t built or switched on yet. Where a feature is in our plan catalog, the label is read from there.
Tell callers it’s an AI.
Callers are told they’re talking to an AI in the opening words of each call, and that can’t be switched off.
Write each call up.
A transcript, a short summary and the outcome, time-stamped in your dashboard, so you can see what was said.
Price by the minutes you use.
The same AI receptionist on each plan. Plans differ by minutes, calls at once and how much help you get.
No numbers we can’t source.
Research figures on our pages name their source and date. We won’t publish performance numbers for Sí Call until real customers produce them.
A person answers your questions.
Messages sent through our contact page go to a person on the team, who replies by email.
Before launch, and open about it.
There are no customers yet, and nothing can be bought. The receptionist runs in our own testing and in the browser demo; no business’s phone line runs on it yet.

Why this, and why now.
I started this company because of the calls that don’t come back. Somebody needs a plumber at two in the morning, or a lawyer on a Saturday, or a property manager on their one break of the day, and they get voicemail, and they move down the list, and that’s that. The business never even knows.
I wanted a desk where the lamp stays on: something that answers properly, does the small things right, like booking the time and reading it back, and writes down what happened so you can trust it in the morning. That’s the whole idea. It answers, and it keeps the record.
Ding, Pico and Pulpo.
The three characters you’ll meet on this site. They’re drawings, not people, and not the voice your callers hear.
Ding, the front-desk bell
Keeps the desk on the homepage, and hops into the chat booth there.
Pico, the hummingbird
Keeps the chat booth on the other pages, and helps you pick a plan.
Pulpo, the octopus
Eight arms and no phone to answer, so it keeps you company here.
On a computer or tablet, the game at the foot of the homepage lets you play as any of the three. Choosing one as your receptionist’s character in the dashboard is coming soon.Coming soon
