Real estate

AI receptionist for real estate agents. It qualifies buyer and seller calls while you’re at a showing.

When you’re walking a buyer through a house, Sí Call answers your phone. It asks whether the caller is buying, selling or renting, answers from the listings you add and turns callers into leads.

Plans open at launch. Nothing can be bought yet, and features marked “Coming soon” aren’t built yet.

What Sí Call does for an agent

  • Picks up at the showing

Forward the calls you can’t take and it answers them, up to your plan’s number of calls at once.

  • Buyer, seller or renter?

It asks early, with the property or area they’re calling about and whether they already work with an agent.

  • Answers from your listings

Add your active listings and it answers from them. It quotes a price only when you’ve added it.

  • Callers become leads

Name, number, what they’re after and a summary, scored from 0 to 100 and in your dashboard when the call ends.

The research

Buyers call when they see the sign. You’re often with another client.

Calls come from the sign in the yard, the listing page and your website, and they come while you’re showing another home. The phone is still how many people want to reach a local business, and most missed calls aren’t returned within two days.

The calls

The calls an agent gets, and what it does with each.

Most calls to an agent or a small brokerage are about a listing, a sale, a showing or an area. Here is what Sí Call does with each at launch, and where it stops.

  1. Caller“Is the house on Birch Lane still available?”

    A listing question

It answers from the listings you’ve added: status, bedrooms and baths, and the asking price if you’ve included it. Then it asks whether they’re buying and whether they already have an agent.

    At launch

  2. Caller“We’re thinking about selling next spring.”

    A seller

It asks about the property and takes a callback number, and notes in the summary that they want to sell. The caller goes into your leads list, so you can call back about a listing consultation.

    At launch

  3. Caller“Could we see it this Saturday?”

    A showing request

With your calendar connected, it offers your open times, books the showing the caller picks and reads it back. Without one, it takes the request.

    At launch

  4. Caller“Do you handle rentals in Maple Heights?”

    Areas and services

It answers from the areas and services you’ve added, and notes in the summary whether the caller wants to rent, buy or sell.

    At launch

  5. Caller“Would the seller take less? Would I qualify for a loan?”

    Advice and negotiation

It gives no legal, lending or investment advice: it takes an urgent, detailed message and says you’ll call back the same day. Its instructions also say prices and availability are yours to confirm, and nothing on the call is a binding offer.

    At launch

  6. Caller“Can I talk to Jordan right now?”

    Asking for you

It can’t put the caller through yet. It takes a message with what they need, and passing a call to your phone is coming soon.

Its own setup

A setup built for agents. Not the general one.

Choose real estate when you set up, and Sí Call starts from its own real estate setup: the questions an agent would ask, three kinds of appointment and starter entries for your listings.

What it’s set up to do

  • Ask early whether the caller is buying, selling or renting, and which property or area they’re calling about.
  • Take their name and callback number, an email if they offer one, and ask whether they already work with an agent.
  • Quote a listing price only when it’s in your listings. Otherwise it says you’ll confirm pricing and takes a message.
  • Give no legal, lending or investment advice. Its instructions say prices and availability are yours to confirm, and nothing on the call is a binding offer.
  • Book showings and consultations when a calendar is connected. At launch

Fill in the starter entries with your active listings, the areas you cover and your open-house schedule, and edit or switch off any entry later.

Questions

Questions from agents.

Can it tell a buyer from a seller?

Yes. Its real estate setup has it ask early whether the caller is buying, selling or renting, and which property or area they’re calling about. The answer goes in the call summary, and the caller goes into your leads list with a score.

What does it say about a listing’s price?

Only what’s in the listings you add. If a caller asks about a home or a price you haven’t added, it says you’ll confirm pricing and takes a message. Its instructions also say prices and availability are yours to confirm, and nothing on the call is a binding offer.

Can it book showings on my calendar?

At launch, yes: on a connected Google Calendar or Sí Call’s built-in calendar, it offers your open times, books one and reads it back. Acuity and Calendly are coming soon, and changing or cancelling a showing by phone isn’t supported yet.

Will callers think they’re talking to me?

No. With the default settings, calls open with “You’re speaking with an AI assistant, and this call is recorded and transcribed.” Telling callers it’s an AI can’t be switched off, and if someone asks mid-call, it’s instructed to say plainly that it’s an AI.

Will it give mortgage or legal advice?

No. Its real estate setup and its safety rules tell it never to give legal, lending or investment advice. When a caller asks, it says it wants to get them to a person; it can’t put calls through yet, so it takes an urgent, detailed message and tells the caller you’ll call back the same day. The question is waiting for you in the call summary.

How soon will I know about a new lead?

The call is in your dashboard with its summary when it ends, and at launch Sí Call emails you after each call with a link to it. Alerts by text or phone notification are coming soon, and so is a mobile app. Until then, check your email or your leads between showings.

Does it work with my CRM or the MLS?

Not directly. You can export your leads and your call list to CSV. Sending leads to HubSpot or Salesforce is planned, and webhooks are coming soon. It doesn’t read the MLS: add the listings you want it to answer about.

Can I buy Sí Call today?

Not yet. Plans open at launch. You can pledge a Founding 50 spot now: it’s free, needs no card, and you can withdraw any time. Until then, try the demo in your browser.
