Plan finder

How many minutes do you need?

Plans are sized by minutes. Tell us about how many calls you get on a typical day, and we'll estimate a month, suggest the smallest plan whose included minutes cover it, and say when a smaller plan plus overage would cost less.

It's a starting point, not a quote. Long calls use more minutes, and each call is rounded up to the whole minute. The finder assumes one location, because support for more than one is coming soon.

About 3 minutes a call, 30 days a month.

Estimated use450 min a month
Suggested planGrowth $150 a month

About 450 minutes a month at 3 minutes a call. Suggested plan: Growth, 500 minutes included. You can choose at launch.

Lowest cost at this estimate: Any smaller plan plus overage would cost more than Growth at about 450 minutes a month.

Billing

How billing works.

One monthly price covers your plan's included minutes. Here is how the minutes are counted, what happens when you go past them, and when a bigger plan starts to cost less.

Minutes are counted per call.

Connected call time counts against your included minutes, and each call is rounded up to the whole minute. A call that lasts 2 minutes and 10 seconds uses 3.

Past your minutes, calls bill at overage.

Calls past your included minutes are answered and billed at your plan's overage rate, $0.50 to $0.35 a minute. As billing is built now, an automatic safety limit can pause answering if usage runs far past your plan; callers then hear that the line is paused and are asked to contact the business directly. A spend cap you choose is coming soon.

A bigger plan costs less per minute.

Each step up the ladder lowers both the price per included minute and the overage rate. If you regularly use more than about 350 minutes on Starter, Growth costs less.

At 538 minutes, Growth still costs less than Pro. Past about 944 minutes a month, Pro would.

Scale$1,250 · 5,000 min$0.25$0.35Top of the self-serve ladder

Per included minute is the monthly price divided by the included minutes. The last figure in each row is where this plan plus its overage would cost more than the next plan's price.

Founding 50

The Founding 50, in brief.

The first 50 businesses to confirm a pledge can hold 20% off Starter, Growth or Pro for 12 consecutive months from your first paid invoice. Pledging is free and takes no card.

  • No card, no commitment.

Free to pledge. No card, no deposit. Withdraw any time. A pledge is not a purchase and doesn't commit you to buy anything.

  • 20% off for 12 months.

20% off the plan price for 12 consecutive months, starting with your first paid invoice. Months that are paused or unpaid are not made up. Included minutes are never reduced.

  • Which plans it covers.

The founding rate applies to Starter, Growth and Pro. Founding pricing for Scale: contact us. Businesses with 10 or more locations, or about 10,000 minutes a month or more, are Enterprise, which is not part of the Founding 50.

  • It moves with you.

The discount follows you if you move between Starter, Growth and Pro. It ends if your account is cancelled or unpaid for 30 days or more.

  • What stays at list price.

Overage, the Premium add-on (when it's available), other add-ons and Enterprise are charged at list price. If we add annual billing, the founding discount won't combine with it.

  • How launch works.

We haven't set a launch date and aren't promising one. When plans open, we will invite confirmed pledgers in pledge order to claim the founding rate. An invitation that is not taken up passes to the next pledger in line.

Questions

Pricing questions, answered.

Something else? Write to us and a person on the team will reply.

Can I buy a plan today?

Not yet. The plans, prices and limits on this page are the launch terms, and paid plans aren't on sale, so nothing here can charge you. To hold founding pricing, pledge for a Founding 50 spot: it's free, takes no card, and you can withdraw any time.

Is the AI different on bigger plans?

No. Each plan runs the same AI receptionist. Plans differ by minutes, calls at once, locations and the help you get, such as an onboarding call on Growth and done-for-you setup on Pro. Anything marked Coming soon is not switched on yet.

How are minutes counted?

By connected call time. Each call is rounded up to the whole minute, so a call of 2 minutes and 10 seconds uses 3. When we turn minutes into calls, we assume about 3 minutes a call: Growth's 500 minutes is about 5 calls a day.

What happens if I go past my minutes?

Calls past your included minutes are answered and billed at your plan's overage rate, $0.50 to $0.35 a minute; the rate falls as plans grow. As billing is built now, an automatic safety limit can pause answering if usage runs far past your plan; callers then hear that the line is paused and are asked to contact the business directly. A spend cap you choose yourself is coming soon.

Is there a setup fee or a contract?

There's no setup fee. Self-serve plans are billed monthly, and you can cancel any time. Enterprise is a custom contract with a 12-month term. If we add annual billing later, the Founding 50 discount won't combine with it.

Are spam calls and robocalls billed?

As billing is built now, they would be, like any other connected call, and the per-call rounding would apply to them too, so a short junk call would use a whole minute. Not billing spam, robocalls and silent calls under 15 seconds is coming soon.

How many calls can it answer at once?

At launch, each plan sets how many calls it answers at the same time: 1 call at a time on Starter, up to 2 on Growth, up to 4 on Pro and up to 6 on Scale, with extra lines at $25 each on Scale. Like everything on this page, these are the launch terms rather than today's settings.

Can one plan cover more than one location?

Not yet. Pro lists 2 and Scale lists 3, but locations are coming soon: the product doesn't have them today, so this page's plan finder assumes one. Businesses with 10 or more locations are Enterprise, which is a custom contract.

What does the Founding 50 give me?

20% off the plan price of Starter, Growth or Pro for 12 consecutive months, starting with your first paid invoice. Included minutes are never reduced, and overage and add-ons are charged at list price. Pledging is free and doesn't commit you to buy anything.

What does “Coming soon” mean?

It means that feature isn't built yet. We list it so you can see what each plan is meant to include, and we label it wherever it appears on this page: in the plan rows, the comparison table, the billing terms and these answers.
