Every plan runs the same AI receptionist. Plans are sized by minutes; a call count assumes 3 minutes a call. No setup fee, and each call is rounded up to the whole minute.

THE FOUNDING TERMS

Everything the pledge means, in full.

  1. Free to pledge. No card, no deposit. Withdraw any time.
  2. A pledge is not a purchase and doesn't commit you to buy anything.
  3. We haven't set a launch date and aren't promising one.
  4. One pledge per business phone number and one per email address. Only pledges confirmed by email count toward the 50.
  5. 20% off the plan price for 12 consecutive months, starting with your first paid invoice. Months that are paused or unpaid are not made up.
  6. The founding rate applies to Starter, Growth and Pro. Founding pricing for Scale: contact us. Businesses with 10 or more locations, or about 10,000 minutes a month or more, are Enterprise, which is not part of the Founding 50.
  7. Included minutes are never reduced.
  8. Overage, the Premium add-on (when it's available), other add-ons and Enterprise are charged at list price.
  9. If we add annual billing, the founding discount won't combine with it.
  10. The discount follows you if you move between Starter, Growth and Pro. It ends if your account is cancelled or unpaid for 30 days or more.
  11. From month 13 you pay the list price in effect then. Today's list prices are published on our Founding 50 page.
  12. When plans open, we will invite confirmed pledgers in pledge order to claim the founding rate. An invitation that is not taken up passes to the next pledger in line.
  13. Design-partner pilots are separate and don't use these 50 spots.

We use these details only to hold your spot, suggest a plan and email you about your pledge and the launch. We don't sell them or add you to marketing lists. They are stored and emailed through our cloud and email providers, listed on our subprocessors page. A pledge you withdraw is deleted straight away. If you don't confirm within 7 days, the pledge expires and is deleted in our next clean-up. A confirmed pledge is kept until launch. To have yours deleted sooner, write to privacy@sicall.ai.
