Billing & plans

How plans, included minutes, trials, and overage work — with the numbers pulled straight from the live plan catalog.

How plans are structured

You choose in two steps: first a receptionist tier (Basic, Professional, Premium — each a different brain and voice quality), then a monthly minute bucket. Buckets range from 500 minutes a month up to Enterprise custom contracts (10,000+ minutes). The price is set by the tier and bucket together, and extra minutes simply bill at your tier's overage rate — an overflow, not a cutoff. Pricing starts at $149/month.

All plans bill monthly. There are no annual contracts, and you can change plans or cancel from the Billing page at any time.

The trial

Trial-eligible plans start with 14 days free, capped at 100 minutes, 20 calls, 50 text messages, and 10 bookings. When you hit a cap or the trial ends, calls stop being answered until you subscribe — we never roll you into a paid plan silently.

What happens at your minute limit

Only connected call time counts against your included minutes. What happens when you reach them depends on your plan. On a paid plan your receptionist keeps answering — the extra minutes bill at your tier's overage rate on your next invoice (an overflow, not a cutoff), and the account owner gets one email notice, so it is never a silent charge. During a free trial there is no card to bill, so answering pauses at the cap: new callers hear a brief unavailable message until you subscribe.

Either way, you see your usage and an upgrade prompt on the Billing page. A larger bucket includes more minutes, so you reach the overage rate less often — and on a trial, subscribing restores answering right away. (The overage rate itself is set by your tier, not your bucket.)

Managing billing

  • Billing in the app shows your plan, current usage against included minutes, and payment details.
  • Invoices and card changes are handled through the billing portal (Billing → Manage).
  • Plan changes take effect immediately; the difference is prorated on your next invoice.
